We cast aluminium, copper-base and iron alloys using three primary methods — greensand, hardsand and investment (lost wax). The method is selected based on your part’s geometry, quantity, surface finish and budget.
Sand cores create internal cavities impossible to achieve through moulding alone. Our onsite core making covers shell cores, CO2 sodium silicate cores and specialist water jacket cores — no third-party delays.
Our team can take your concept and produce a physical metal object in quick time. Lost foam requires no hard tooling. 3D-printed patterns allow complex forms without expensive dies. From one-off proofs to short production runs.
Full suite of equipment for efficient removal of runners, risers and feeders. Grinding, linishing and shot blasting. Welded assembly onsite before fettling where required. Heat treating with certified report available on request.
